amazing stay!
great locationeasy accesscomfortable bedclean room
i really liked the decor and the location it is near the tube i could easily travel everywhere i wanted to go. the room had everything i needed i particularly enjoyed the prosecco we had for my partner's birthday. the bed was comfortable and i slept soundly every night the room was also clean.
the lighting in the room and bathroom was a bit dim even with all the lights turned on.

the staff were very sweet and accommodating during my entire stay i especially appreciated that they paid attention to small details. they helped me. the staff are really good and helpful.

the room had a fridge microwave and coffee machine the tv had lots of channels and worked well. i really enjoyed the spacious shower and the toiletries provided. the soundproofing kept the room quiet.

the gym had several treadmills and weights the pool looked very clean and inviting i enjoyed a sauna session. the entertainment room provided a great experience it had many options.

The hotel's location provided convenient access to the Gloucester Road tube station. I found the nearby restaurants and pubs very accessible. The equipped kitchen was beneficial for preparing breakfast and storing food. The quiet room allowed me to sleep well.

the location is really handy, super close to the underground. the studio had a kitchenette, which i found practical. especially gia and aizel, were so lovely and helpful.
The sauna was a bit disappointing. I found it didn't get hot enough
